Geboeid door ketens

I was a co-editor of the Dutch-language book 'Geboeid door ketens', about chain automation in the public sector, that was published in 2007. The book was published by the Platform Keteninformatisering, a group of professionals chaired by prof. dr. mr. J.H.A.M. (Jan) Grijpink. I contributed a chapter about performance and effect measurement in public sector chains.
